Our Chartered Town Planning team will guide you through the Town and Country Planning system, from constraints mapping, site identification and feasibility assessments, through to environmental assessment and submission of planning applications. Working with our team of experienced and trusted third party consultants, specialists in their own field, we deliver a robust planning submission capable of obtaining Planning Officer’s recommendation for approval. We drive the planning application process from start to finish, including the agreement in advance of planning conditions, Section 106 agreements or Section 278 agreements, to ensure that your development is not held up unnecessarily in the planning system.
Thereafter, we will work with you to discharge planning conditions, as specified in the decision notice and subsequently monitor your development for compliance with those conditions.
In the event of a negative planning decision, we coordinate planning appeals and provide expert witness services in Town and Country Planning and Regulatory Framework.
Our team of permitting specialists can guide and assist you through the environmental consenting process and acquire the necessary permit for your development or industrial processes. Our knowledge and positive working relationship with the regulators will result in an efficient application with the sole aim of obtaining the necessary permit without undue delay.
Working alongside our Chartered Town Planning team, we ensure consistency across both regulatory regimes, reducing the potential for contradiction or development description errors.
We drive the environmental permitting process from start to finish, from basic or advanced pre-application advice with the Environment Agency, through to ‘minded to’ consultation (high public interest sites) and permit issue.
